Invaders from the Planet Phunk are one of London’s hottest ten-piece live bands performing funk and soul classics from the 70s mixed with modern dance floor hits.
The ‘Invaders’ are highly professional performers and have played at hundreds of events ranging from private parties and weddings to large corporate events and have supported various top acts such as Jamelia, Lemar, Liberty X, Reef, Hot Chocolate, Groove Armada and the James Taylor Quartet.
The Invaders from the Planet Funk feature the classic line-up of male and female vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, percussion and three-piece horn section: trumpet, tenor saxophone and trombone and our musicians have played with James Taylor Quartet, Moloko, Level 42, The Brand New Heavies, Lemar, and Jools Holland Orchestra.
